Project Structure

1. Foundation Level

This introductory phase focuses on sparking interest in STEM among young girls. Through interactive workshops, hands-on projects, and foundational learning, participants gain exposure to STEM concepts and career possibilities.

2. Intermediary Level

Building on the Foundation level, this phase dives deeper into STEM topics. Participants engage in problem-solving activities, develop technical skills, and begin creating STEM-related projects under the guidance of mentors.

3. Advanced Level

Designed for participants ready to specialize, this phase includes intensive training, mentorship from industry professionals, and real-world applications of STEM knowledge. Graduates of this level are prepared to pursue STEM careers or higher education confidently.
