Ure, serving as one of our technical advisors at the Grace Agbonlahor Foundation, is a seasoned expert in program management, strategic policy development, and research. With a dual master’s degree in Public Health and International Public Health from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, achieved through the prestigious Australia Awards Scholarship program, Ure has significantly contributed to health systems reforms internationally. Her role has been crucial in facilitating the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of initiatives striving for universal health coverage (UHC). Ure’s expertise extends to forging multisectoral coalitions among finance, health, private sectors, and civil society organizations to promote UHC and sustainable development goals. Currently, she holds the position of Lead, Performance, Accountability, and Funding Allocation at Ontario Health. In her leisure time, Ure enjoys reading, dancing, and spending quality time with her husband.

Currently coordinating health partnership projects at a UK based international NGO, Charles manages projects that enhance healthcare in underserved regions of Sub-Saharan Africa and South East Asia. His previous roles have seen him leading significant initiatives, such as the transformative projects at Noble Missions for Change Initiative and SOS Children’s Villages Nigeria, which notably impacted thousands of children in Nigeria. Additionally, Charles served as a consultant for Save the Children and UNESCO at different times, and started the GivingTuesday Nigeria movement in 2019. His strategic insight and adeptness at fostering impactful initiatives are invaluable to advancing the foundation’s mission. As a trustee at the Grace Agbonlahor Foundation, he brings extensive expertise in charity governance, programme coordination, strategic partnership development, and operational efficiency.
